These Terms of Service apply to the use of uniwristband.com and consumer purchases from Uni Wrist Band. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Our online store uses the Shopify e-commerce platform. Your purchase is from Philatelic Agency OÜ.
2. Using Our Website
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase contract. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorised to use.
You must not use our website for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or infringe another person's rights.
3. Products and Descriptions
Please review the description, selected options, measurements and compatibility information for the product before ordering. Contact us if you need clarification.
Colours displayed on a screen may differ slightly from the appearance of the physical item. This does not affect our obligation to supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for any purpose required by law.
Product ranges and availability may change for future purchases. Such changes do not remove our obligations concerning orders already agreed with you.
4. Prices and Payments
The price and currency for your purchase are displayed at checkout before you pay. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
Standard shipping is free on all UK orders, with no minimum order value.
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your location, device and payment provider. Further information is available in our Payment Policy.
We may change prices for future purchases. We will not increase the agreed price of an existing order without your agreement.
5. Orders and Errors
Please check your selected items, sizes, quantities and delivery details before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us promptly.
If a pricing, description or availability error affects your order, we will contact you to explain it and discuss the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
We may decline or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unauthorised payment, or where fulfilling it would be unlawful.
If we cannot fulfil an order for which you have paid, we will notify you and refund the payment for the unfulfilled items and any associated delivery charge without undue delay.
Nothing in this section removes any rights you have concerning an existing purchase contract.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from China through our fulfilment partner, CJdropshipping.
- Order processing: an estimated 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery after dispatch: an estimated 6–10 business days.
- Total estimated time: 9–15 business days from payment confirmation to delivery.
Business days means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays at the dispatch location or destination, customs processing and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.
Every shipment includes tracking.
You will not be asked to pay additional import duties, customs clearance fees or taxes on delivery of your UK order.
We remain responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have nominated to receive them, other than the carrier. Delays do not remove your statutory delivery or cancellation rights.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You have statutory cancellation rights for eligible online purchases, including the right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after the day you receive the goods and a further 14 days to send them back. We also offer an additional 30-day change-of-mind return policy.
To cancel or request a return, email info@uniwristband.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision. You do not need to print, sign or post a paper form.
A statutory cancellation can also be made by any other clear statement and does not require our approval.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return postage cost. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we cover reasonable return postage costs. Please contact us for the return address and instructions before posting.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains inspection and packaging requirements, the conditions of our additional 30-day policy, refund deadlines and the optional cancellation form. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.
8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
We are responsible for supplying goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If there is a problem, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
You may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Statutory remedies are not limited to our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return period.
9. Personal Information and Shopify Services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit our store, place an order or contact us.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify processes personal information when you visit our store and make purchases, including to provide Enhanced Services based on your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. These services can include personalisation, business insights and advertising-related features.
Information may be shared with Shopify and service providers located in other countries to provide these services. Shopify is responsible for certain processing for its own Enhanced Services.

Using our website or placing an order does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing or other processing that legally requires consent. You can manage applicable consent choices through the cookie banner or consent controls available on our store.
10. Website Content and Third-Party Links
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property rights belonging to us or the relevant rights holders. These Terms do not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit protected content beyond what the law allows.
Links to independent third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. This does not exclude our responsibility for our own obligations to you or for providers acting on our behalf.
11. Our Responsibility to You
If we breach our contract with you or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence or if both you and we knew it might happen when the contract was made.
We do not exclude or limit liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of your statutory consumer rights.
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Website Access
Website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, fraud or security threats.
Any restriction on website access does not remove our obligations concerning your existing orders or prevent you from contacting us, requesting a refund or exercising your statutory rights.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the United Kingdom, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that would otherwise apply under the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in your local courts where applicable law gives you that right.
If you have a complaint, please contact info@uniwristband.com so that we can investigate and work towards a resolution. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version applicable when you place your order continues to apply to that order unless we agree a change with you or a change is required by law.
Updates will be identified by the date at the top of this page.
